Mommy 2's husband and crew (the kids)

went out to remove (shovel and plow) twice on Thanksgiving Day.

which was mainly after Thanksgiving sale ads.

My 8 Blessings

Here  are  my  children.

I  have told  them  that 

when  they  are  all   together  in  one  place,

that  I  WILL  be  taking their   picture... together.

They  were  all  at  my  house on  Sunday...

this  is  the  picture of  my  Crew.

My oldest is almost 29...

My  youngest  is  9.

Children...they grow  up  too fast.

I  can  remember   each one

as  if  they  were  my  baby  yesterday.

Of  my children  I have 3 married,

one to be married in the spring,

6 grandchildren.

My family is shrinking,

yet growing...

And  life  goes  on.

This is my Bible verse for them:

I  have  no  greater  joy 

than  to  hear  that  my  children  walk  in  truth.

Mommy1's Surprise Birthday Luncheon

Today...

We  had  a  surprise  Luncheon  for  Mommy1

with  several  Ladies  from  our church.

She  received  LOTS of  black  gifts since  she  is 

"OVER THE HILL"

some were: 

Black   M&Ms...they  tasted  like  black  licorice.

Black  3D  glasses,  gloves, candy,  gum.

It  was  LOTS  of  fun...

we  have  some  really  FUN  ladies  in  our  church!

I Have New Neighbors

I have the sweetest young couple living near me. Lost in Space and Lost in a Dream are now married and living about 1/2 mile from me. I think I will give them a couple name too. Let's call them the Soul Mates. Anyway, they are now my neighbors. It is a blessing to have them here. I see my daughter in law a little more than I see my son because he is working away from the home and she is a homemaker. I have been able to entice her up to my house a few times, but she has been pretty well occupied with her new role of wife and homemaker. Lost in a Dream is diligent and creative. We are thrilled to see her spoiling our son and also thrilled to see how proud he is of his wife's accomplishments.

The Soul Mates' home is sweet and wholesome. They have already opened their home for ministry, entertainment and fellowship. It is such a pleasure to see them enjoying each other and maturing in their relationship. I am amazed at the things they are accomplishing so early in their marriage. They are good examples to all of us.
