Thoughts on a Thankful Thursday...

The  weatherman  has  predicted...
Snow and  rain  for  this week...
 and  the   past  2  weeks...
BUT....
GOD has given us this:

And  Mostly  Sunshine
This  makes  us  happy!
This  is  a  picture  of the greenhouse
that  my  husband  built
(in our tiny backyard)
We  need  to  put  up  shelves ...
I love it....
sure hope  that  the  plants  will  too.
We  are  also  doing  some  raised  bed  gardens .
Do  you  have  gardening  plans?
Take care,
Nancy

My gardening plans are to ask if your husband would like to come build a greenhouse in OUR backyard?!?

That is SO very cool!

Oh Rebecca..
Thanks.
We started it last fall and its almost finished. But, it is very sturdy. It has been a "labor of love".
I don't know...maybe if we lived a little closer. ;~)
Take care,
Nancy
BTW...your yard pictures look very pretty on your blog. 8~)

Nancy, We are having rain here today. It's good though since it's been terribly dry.
I do have garden plans. We have two nice raised beds that I have added lots of bokashi compost to. My husband is also going to "bust sod" by them in the backyard so we can have more garden space. We have a sprinkler system (the first we've ever had) so we will have to have the sprinkler guy show us where the pipes are so we don't find them by ourselves. I won't care if my garden is a series of patches as long as I have more space.
What do you intend to grow this year? Are you a canner?
Glad you are having some wonderful company!.............Denise

Blessings to you Nancy, Loved seeing your greenhouse. I understand we've had thunder storms at home but since we are at the ocean, the sun and water make my heart sing.
Hugs, Noreen
